Our facilities are unique: located in an old airplane hanger, with retractable doors at both ends, the entire gym becomes open-air during summer. With 500 square metres, we have an enormous open space for training, not crowded with people or equipment.
Fully equipped with a specialised CrossFit 'rig', gymnastic rings, Olympic lifting barbells and weights, rowing machines, skipping ropes, GHD machines, air dynes, medicine and slam balls, kettle bells and dumbbells: we have everything you could need to provide a comprehensive training experience.
Our class programming targets all functional movements, to develop key components of health and fitness over time: strength, mobility, flexibility and cardiovascular fitness. The unique nature of CrossFit is the opportunity to constantly learn new skills and techniques across the key areas of olympic weightlifting, gymnastics and functional movement.
One of the best aspects however is the community environment: not at all like a typical gym where you never speak to anyone and do your own thing. You will always be training with friends and in a fun and social environment, encouraging and supporting each other to achieve your own goals, relative to your ability and level of training.
