CrossFit North Head is a gym like no other: both for the unique style of training that is CrossFit, and for its unique 500 sq m facility located in the North Head National Park. Simply addictive, and extraordinarily effective, CrossFit combines functional movements into workouts that anyone from everyday to athlete can participate in.
LET'S GET STARTED
Each day, a new workout is set. Also known as the WOD, it combines weightlifting, gymnastic and athletic elements into a time-based session, where the goal is usually to finish the exercises as fast as possible, or to complete as much as possible in the time available.
